Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms are an agreement between you and 1MissionHub ("we", "us"), the provider of 1MissionHub at https://1missionhub.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
2. The service
1MissionHub is an online workspace that helps nonprofit organizations manage projects, tasks, programs, volunteers, events, outreach, donors, grants and contacts, with import and export tools. Each account has its own private workspace.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at info@1missionhub.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Free trial, plans and payment
New accounts may start a one-time 3-day free trial. When the trial ends, access stops until you order a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly per person.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. If you cancel, access to your workspace ends immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by:
- using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
- uploading content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
- introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, scraping, or interfering with security;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or bypassing technical limits.
6. Your content
You own the information you put into your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to store any personal information about donors, volunteers or contacts.
7. Our intellectual property
We own the service and its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan while your account is active.
8. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. After access ends, we keep your workspace data for 90 days so you can resubscribe or ask for an export, then we may delete it.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be resolved in its courts. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
