1. Who is responsible

1MissionHub operates 1MissionHub and is the data controller for personal information about account holders and website visitors. For information you store about your own donors, volunteers and contacts, your organization is the controller and we process it on your behalf.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account details (name, email, password or Google sign-in) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
  • Workspace content (projects, tasks, contacts, donors, volunteers and similar records you enter) — to provide the service. Basis: contract.
  • Order form details (name, organization, email, phone, plan, notes) — to respond to your order. Basis: steps before a contract.
  • Subscription status (plan, trial dates, status) — to control access. Basis: contract.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device, activity logs) — for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Support messages — to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host our app, database and sign-in, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing. Paddle's own privacy notice applies to payment data.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
  • Authorities where required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for 90 days after access ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Order requests are kept up to 2 years. Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons are kept as long as required. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Where GDPR applies, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email info@1missionhub.com; we reply within 30 days.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each account's workspace private, and restricted staff access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to sign you in and remember your choices. See our Cookie Policy.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the new date above. Questions: info@1missionhub.com.
